Welcome to Art of Life by Coach Nehal Salem. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and life coaching services. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Coaching Relationship
Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you regain focus and clear chaos. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions taken during or after the coaching process.
2. Privacy & Confidentiality
I deeply value your trust. Our work together strictly follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics, ensuring your privacy is protected. Everything you share stays between us, unless disclosure is mandated by law.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Fees for coaching services are agreed upon in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled session to avoid a full charge for the scheduled session. Requests to reschedule a confirmed session must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled session, and the rescheduled session must take place within two (2) weeks of the original session.
